WHAT IS OFFICER INTELLIGENCE RATING TEST?

WHY IS IT NECESSARY?

These Ratings play a very important role in the screening procedure as they are calculated along with your performance in the subsequent round which is the PPDT (Picture Perception & Discussion Test).

HOW THE RESULT OF DAY 1 (SCREENING) IS CALCULATED?

After the story writing phase of the PPDT, the Group Task Officer takes the Narration as well as Group Discussion phase ahead with giving prior instructions about the task. During this phase all the assessors - Psychologist, Interviewing Officer, and the Group Task Officer take the decision whether to take you or not:
